Sign Categories & Pricing for yard cards

Say It Loud Signs will provide you with a sign for your yard or event venue for 24 hours unless you opt to pay an additional fee per day.  Once you complete your reservation form and our team confirms your sign design and preferred date, we will invoice you.  As soon as payment is received your rental will take place for the confirmed date(s).     During heightened times such as graduations or holidays, it is best to reserve your desired date(s) in advance.  These periods tend to get booked quickly.     Cancellations sometimes need to happen, but we do require a 72-hour notice to avoid any fees.  Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit 50% of the fee charged for the sign rental.  If you cancel with the required 72-hour notice, we will kindly refund the fee of your rental in full or we would be happy to reschedule you to a better-suited date.  Note: No refund will be issued if we are unable to access the home in a gated community, the property owner asks us to leave, or prevent to enter the yard due to unsafe conditions.  We will do our best to set up under any weather conditions.  However, if it is unsafe to set up due to heavy rain, tornados, lightning, or emergency situations, we will contact you within set up options.  If we are unable to set up due weather conditions, a full refund will be given.  If bad weather does not permit us to pick up in the 24 hours, we will return the next day when it is safer conditions.  

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email from Say It Loud Signs in your service area.  Our team will take care of the rest by delivering and setting up the sign the evening before your chosen date(s) between the hours of 6 pm-11 pm (sometimes we run later). We ask that all customers have their lawn mowed and if it has not rained prior, to please water the area where we will be placing your display (this allows us a smooth assembly of the yard card greeting). You will receive a text message to the phone number provided with the estimated time of arrival (or if we may delayed).  This way you can choose to distract anyone if it is a surprise.  When we arrive you may come out, but due to our current situation of COVID 19, we pratice social distancing and ask that you stay 6 feet from the team until we are finished with our set up.  We will return the following day between 6 pm-11 pm (sometimes it maybe later) to pick up the sign (unless you have chosen to pay for additional days).  

We will take pictures of any sign display after we are finished with set up, so we can share it on our website or social media platforms.  We will not disclose any address or personal information you provide.  With the customer's permission, we would love for you to share any pictures you send us to use on our social media platforms.  

Say It Loud Signs asks that you do not touch, remove, dispose, or lean on any sign. The customer that pays for the sign rental is responsible for any missing or damaged sign(s).  We will charge the customer a fee to replace any of our property that is not returned the way we delivered the rental sign.  If this was to happen, we will invoice you.  For safety reasons, we ask you not to move any sign that we set up, as well as ask when you take photos with the sign to please not lean on them in anyway to avoid injury.
